Return Policy Summary
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. After 30 days, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered if:
- The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at sales@aquipure.co.uk
Gift Returns
- Gifted Items: If marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued for the return’s value.
- Non-Gifted Items: Refunds will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
